Central location on Cours Mirabeau, exceptional spa services, renovated historic building

Parking access could use a simpler layout!!! The noise from the street is unbearable at night, especially on market days!!!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I appreciated the friendly team who made us feel welcome during our visit. We ordered several dishes, but I was disappointed with the squid, which was tough and lacked the accompanying sides mentioned on the menu.

Parking was a challenge, as the area was blocked off. There was a long wait to check in, and it was inconvenient to carry luggage from the public garage.

I loved that this hotel is just a few steps from the stunning Chapel of the Oblates and only a short walk to Cafe Caumont, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful surroundings that Aix-en-Provence has to offer. the staff were incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home. The spa was a fantastic touch, providing the relaxation I needed after a day of exploration.

The location in the heart of the city is a thrill, with vibrant street markets and eateries just a short stroll away. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring fresh pastries, eggs, and local cheeses, especially for the price included in our stay.

The 'Charm Double Room' felt a bit cramped, surprisingly smaller than expected despite the upgrade. Wifi connection varied significantly during our stay, which could be frustrating. One of the notable downsides was the small elevator that struggled to accommodate more than two people at a time, typical for older properties. Parking is a hassle, with restricted access and the need to navigate through pedestrian zones, making it inconvenient for those arriving by car. Additionally, entering and exiting through the terrace surrounded by smoke from nearby smokers isn't exactly welcoming.

Accessing the hotel by car proved to be somewhat tricky.

The location, right on the bustling Cours Mirabeau, ensures easy access to local attractions, yet my experience was marred by noise disturbances throughout the night. Losing my silk pajamas to housekeeping was incredibly frustrating, especially after they assured me of their safety. While the spa provided a pleasant respite, some aspects of the service fell short, such as the inability to retrieve a coffee maker for personal use signaling a lack of hospitality.
